SnackArcade is run by one person, and messages are read by the person who can actually fix things. That is the main advantage of a small site, so please use it.
The fastest route is email. Use the address that matches your subject so it gets to the right place:

Expect a reply within a few working days. Data-protection requests are answered within 30 days, as required by law.
Reporting a broken game
This is the most useful message we receive, and a good report gets fixed far faster than a vague one. Please include:
- Which game — the page URL is ideal.
- What happened — did it fail to load, freeze mid-game, or behave incorrectly?
- Your browser and device — for example “Chrome on Android” or “Safari on an iPhone”.
- Whether it happens every time or just once.
If a control listed in a game’s controls table does not do what the table says, that counts as a bug and we want to hear about it. Those tables are written by hand and hand-written things contain mistakes.
Suggesting a game
Suggestions are welcome, with one caveat that saves everyone time: a game can only be added if its licence permits use on an ad-supported site. In practice that means open-source games under MIT, Apache-2.0, BSD, ISC, Zlib, CC0 or CC BY licences, or games whose developer gives written permission.
Games under GPL, AGPL, or any Creative Commons licence with a NonCommercial (NC) or NoDerivatives (ND) clause cannot be used here, no matter how good they are. If you know the licence when you write, please mention it.
If you made a game we host
Every self-hosted game on this site credits its developer by name with a link to the original repository and licence. If your attribution is wrong, incomplete, or you would like the wording changed, email hello@snackarcade.com and it will be corrected quickly.
If you would prefer your game not be hosted here at all, that request is honoured without argument — email dmca@snackarcade.com or see the DMCA page for the formal process.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover lost game progress. Scores and save data are stored by your browser on your own device, and we never receive a copy, so once browser data is cleared it is genuinely gone.
We also cannot unblock the site on a school or workplace network. That is controlled by the network administrator, not by us.
